• Act in the interests of Lochgilphead Phoenix Project SCIO and,
• Seek, in good faith, to ensure the SCIO acts in a manner which is consistent with its charitable purposes.

I understand that failure to comply with this duty may be treated as misconduct in the administration of the charity.

By signing this application, I agree to comply with the duties of members under the Act and for my details to be held on the register of members. I understand that some details will be retained for a period of six years following my retiring as a member.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information you provide us with for the purposes of membership application shall be stored confidentially and then disposed of confidentially after 4 months have elapsed. Details will be transferred to the register of members which we are required to hold under the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
